Forza 4 ladder racing rules

This is a multiple PI series intended for a anytime race.
And will start as soon as we can get 4 or more members interested in running.
Car PI's 375,400,425, 450, and 475
Races will tipically start out in the 425 pi range
The way the race works
grid order is PI highest first.
No rolloff delay
we race a random track for about 10 miles
winner will drop 25pi for the next race
last place and DNF will gain 25pi for the next race.
Pi will only change if your first or last
so if you win the first race
you will drop to a 400 pi car for the next race. you will remain a 400 car till we either reset or you win another
then you will drop to a 375 and remain till you win or loose.
the object is to help HROD learn where every ones handycap is and to give us a chance to as a group learn the new tracks
also to provide door to door racing with a fun attitude.

NOTE if we have more than 8 racing at a time we will have the first 2 and last 2 placers change PI.

with future hopes of ladder racing multi classes and mixing all sorts of stuff up...(just looking for the fun)

ETHICS. and common sence.
A mic and the ability to use it.
The desire to have fun racing.
You must be in the correct PI car (or lower).
You may modify your car HOWEVER you choose as long as the PI is correct.
We can not have members with nudity or slang/swear words on there cars during the races.
A good attitude (we are not here for crash up derby or chat room flaming)
Fair manners on the mic, we wont complain about a occasional profound word or the occasional vulgar noise but if your doing it all the time we will ask you to stop or step out.
The grid order will be based on PI ascending. (that means the top pi car goes to the front)
There will be a NO roll off delay
full damage will be off.
Collisions will be on.
Sometimes collisions will be off if lag is a issue.
In our lobby we do ask for a clean race.
We also request that you follow the meaning of the track and stay on it.
